Data Deletion
Effective date: September 2, 2026 · Last updated: September 2, 2026
1. Request deletion by email
Send an email to yuejiujiuexport@163.com with:
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- Your name and the email address associated with your inquiry or account
- What you want deleted — for example, all data, or a specific platform connection
We may ask you to verify your identity before acting, to make sure we do not delete someone else's data by mistake. We will not ask you for a password.
2. Revoke a platform authorization yourself
You can disconnect any platform immediately, without contacting us. Do it from within the application, or directly on the platform:
| Platform | Where to revoke |
|---|---|
| Google / YouTube | myaccount.google.com/permissions — remove our app from third-party access |
| TikTok | Profile → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions |
| Settings → Privacy and data (or Apps and services) → remove the app | |
| linkedin.com/mypreferences/d/permitted-services | |
| Meta (Facebook / Instagram) | Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and Websites) → remove the app |
| X (Twitter) | Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Revoke |
Once you revoke, the platform invalidates our access token immediately — we can no longer read or publish to that account.
3. What gets deleted
When you request deletion, or when a connection is revoked, we remove:
- Authorization tokens — the access token and refresh token for that platform, deleted from our stored configuration.
- Cached account identifiers — such as channel ID, open ID, member URN or board selection.
- Publishing records — task history, publish status and error logs linked to your account.
- Inquiry and contact records — if you ask for full deletion, the details you submitted through our website forms.
We may keep a minimal record of the deletion request itself (for example, the date and the scope of the request) so we can demonstrate that we honoured it.
4. What we cannot delete
Some things are outside our control:
- Content already published. Videos, Pins and posts we published on your behalf live on the platform, under that platform's own terms. To remove them, delete them on the platform itself (or ask us for help identifying what was published where).
- The platform's own copies. A platform may keep logs or analytics about content it received. Deleting data on our side does not delete data on theirs; use their own privacy tools for that.
- Records we must keep by law. Where applicable law requires us to retain certain records (for example, tax or export documentation), we keep only what is required, for as long as required, and restrict it to that purpose.
- Server and security logs. These are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted in the normal cycle; we do not extract them to profile individuals.
5. Backups
Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for a short period before being overwritten. We do not restore deleted personal data from backups except where required by law or to recover from a disaster. Backups are overwritten on their regular cycle, typically within 30 to 90 days.
6. Other rights
Deletion is one of several rights you may have, including access, correction, portability, and objection to processing. See section 11 of our Privacy Policy for the full list and how to exercise them.
