2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us directly
- Inquiry and contact details — when you fill in a form on our Website or contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or WeChat, we may collect your name, company name, country or region, email address, telephone number and the content of your message.
- Business information — product specifications, order quantities and similar details you provide when requesting a quotation.

2.2 Information received from third-party platforms
If you choose to connect a social media or video platform account to the Service, that platform will ask you to authorize our application. - Server logs — our hosting provider records standard web server logs, which may include the information above.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see section 13.
We do not knowingly collect government identification numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, or biometric identifiers.

4. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide the Service — publish, schedule and manage video content on the platforms you have authorized, and report publishing results back to you.
- Maintain platform connections — store and refresh authorization tokens so the connection keeps working.
- Respond to you — answer inquiries, prepare quotations, and provide customer support.
- Operate and improve our Website — monitor performance, diagnose faults, and understand which content is useful.
- Protect the Service — detect and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access and violations of our Terms of Service.
- Meet legal obligations — comply with applicable law, and respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
5. Google API Services User Data Policy — Limited Use
Where you connect a Google or YouTube account, the following applies specifically to Google user data:
- Limited use. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features you have authorized — namely uploading and managing videos on the channel you nominate.
- No advertising use. Google user data is not used for serving ads, retargeting, personalized or interest-based advertising, or ad measurement.
- No sale or broad transfer. We do not sell Google user data or transfer it to third parties, except where necessary to provide the Service you requested, where you explicitly consent, where required by law, or as part of a merger or acquisition in which the recipient continues to comply with the Limited Use requirements.
- No AI/ML training. We do not use Google user data to develop, train or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models, unless you have given explicit consent.
- Limited human access. We do not permit humans to read Google user data, except where we have your consent, where needed for security or abuse investigation, to comply with applicable law, or where the data is aggregated and de-identified.
- Your control. You may revoke our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or from within the Service. We will then stop using the data and delete stored tokens.
The Google (G Suite / Workspace) restricted scopes, if any, are used strictly within the Google API Services User Data Policy.
6. Legal bases for processing (GDPR)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Consent — where you have authorized a platform connection or opted in to a particular use.
- Performance of a contract — to provide the Service or fulfil an order you requested.
- Legitimate interests — to operate, secure and improve our Website and Service, and to respond to business inquiries, provided these interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws and lawful requests.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
7. How we share information
We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
- At your direction. When you ask us to publish content, we transmit that content and the necessary account identifiers to the platform you selected.
- Service providers. We use hosting, email delivery, content delivery and security providers to operate our Website and Service. They act on our instructions, are bound by confidentiality obligations, and may not use your information for their own purposes.
- Professional advisers and auditors. Where necessary, under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal and safety. Where we believe disclosure is required by law, court order, or is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of our company, our customers or the public, or to investigate fraud or abuse.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, your information may be transferred, provided the recipient honours this Privacy Policy or gives you notice of any material change.
8. Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy:
- Inquiry and correspondence records — retained for up to 3 years after the last contact, unless a longer period is required to perform a contract or meet a legal obligation.
- Platform authorization tokens — retained until you revoke the connection, the token expires, or you ask us to delete it.
- Publishing logs — retained for up to 12 months to support troubleshooting and audit.
- Server and security logs — retained for up to 12 months.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it. We may retain limited information longer where required by law or to resolve disputes.
9. Data security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including:
- HTTPS/TLS encryption for data in transit;
- access controls and the principle of least privilege;
- storing authorization tokens as protected credentials, separate from public application identifiers;
- logging and monitoring for unauthorized access.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately.
10. International data transfers
We are established in the People's Republic of China and our infrastructure and service providers may be located in China or other countries. If you access the Service from outside China, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data protection laws differ from those of your jurisdiction.
Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers where permitted by applicable law.
11. Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access — obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct — have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.
- Delete — request deletion of your personal information (see also Data Deletion).
- Portability — receive your information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Restrict or object — ask us to restrict processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent — including by disconnecting a platform (see section 12).
- Opt out of marketing — unsubscribe from any marketing email, or ask us not to contact you for marketing purposes.
How to exercise these rights. Email us at yuejiujiuexport@163.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act. We aim to respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
12. How to revoke platform access
You can disconnect any platform at any time. You can do it from within the Service, or directly on the platform:
| Platform | Where to revoke |
|---|---|
| Google / YouTube | myaccount.google.com/permissions — third-party access |
| TikTok | TikTok Profile → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions |
| Pinterest Settings → Privacy and data / Apps and services → remove the app | |
| linkedin.com/mypreferences/d/permitted-services | |
| Meta (Facebook / Instagram) | Facebook Settings → Business integrations (or Settings → Apps and Websites) |
| X (Twitter) | X Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions |
After you revoke access, we will stop collecting new data from that platform and delete the stored authorization tokens. Content already published to the platform is governed by that platform's own terms and remains under its control.
13. Cookies and similar technologies
Our Website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember preferences and understand how visitors use our pages. These may include:
- Strictly necessary — required for the Website to function and to keep it secure.
- Functional — remember settings such as language.
- Analytics — help us understand aggregate traffic and page performance.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect the Website's functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
14. Children's privacy
Our Website and Service are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK, or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided us information should contact us at yuejiujiuexport@163.com.
15. California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it; to delete your personal information; to correct inaccurate information; to opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising; and to limit the use of sensitive personal information.
In the preceding 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described in section 2 for the purposes described in section 4, and disclosed them to the service providers described in section 7. We have not sold personal information and have not shared it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
To exercise these rights, email yuejiujiuexport@163.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request”. We will verify your request as required by law. You may use an authorized agent, who must provide proof of authorization.
16. EEA / UK / Swiss residents
In addition to the rights in section 11, if you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns first — please contact us at yuejiujiuexport@163.com.
17. Third-party links and services
Our Website may link to other sites, and the Service interoperates with third-party platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review the privacy policies of any third-party service before providing information to it. Your use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and privacy policy.
18. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and post the updated version here. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, for example by a notice on our Website or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Website or Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
19. Data deletion requests
You may request deletion of your personal information, including data associated with a connected platform account, at any time. See our dedicated Data Deletion page for the exact steps, what is deleted, and how long it takes.
